Lesson 1.2
Reading your Visibility score
A short lesson on reading Look360’s six-lens Visibility score, finding your weakest lens and choosing the first action to take.
By the end of this lesson you can
- Read a six-lens score.
- Find the weakest lens.
- Choose the first action.
Lesson objective
By the end of this lesson, you should be able to take a set of marketing signals and decide which one is most likely to deserve action now.
1. Start with the business question
A signal is not an opportunity by itself. Ask what outcome it could affect: discovery, consideration, direct booking, reputation, revenue timing, or operating cost.
2. Add property context
Compare the signal with your market, competitors, current content, recent reviews, social activity, and demand timing. Context is what makes a finding property-specific.
3. Score the action, not the noise
Prioritize by potential value, confidence, urgency, and effort. A lower-effort action with clear evidence can be a better first move than a large project with vague upside.
4. Define the next action
Rewrite the opportunity as work: “Create the missing local landing page,” “Respond to the recurring parking theme,” or “Launch the event package before the booking window peaks.”
Practice: Pick three current marketing signals. For each, write the business impact, evidence, urgency, effort, and one next action. Choose only one to start.
Key takeaways
- A signal is not an opportunity until it touches an outcome.
- Property context is what makes a finding yours.
- Rewrite every opportunity as one next action.
