Referral questions
How much is the referral fee?
It depends on plan and property count. We confirm the amount in writing when we accept the referral, before any outreach.
When do I get paid?
Within 30 days of the referred account going live on a paid plan.
Can I refer more than one property?
Yes. Submit them individually, or mention a portfolio in the notes and we will send a bulk template.
What if they are already talking to you?
We check on receipt and tell you straight away. Existing opportunities are not eligible, but we will say so before you spend any effort.
Refer regularly?
